Full Moon - Release what no longer serves you. Go forth brightly unbound. There are cycles born of our human whirs, and seasons in the storm of life as it plays out. How the moon brightens each month is a way in which we may illuminate a new path. Suddenly a pristine experience is made ready for our next, new phase.
NOTES - Lavender & Sage.
QUESTION - What have you grasped for too long? What is ready to be purged from your life in order to make room for an untried path?
New Moon - Auspicious change making of consummate fulfillments. The word wish, even as it is formed by the mouth, wafts as a whisper. It is made of breath, lighter than air. With the full force of our inner fortitude, we create. Upon the riot of a new moon’s cycling, we rouse an audacious spirit and amplify change.
NOTES Rosemary, Tea Tree, & Mint.
QUESTION What does your desire wish to bring into fruition? What might you try if you released fear and strengthened your resolve?
Self Love - To wrap yourself in love. To be complete and whole and fulfilled. If one practices living a life of tenderness when it comes to oneself, abundant energetic resources reveal themselves. Remind yourself of the preciousness of the body you inhabit, the mind you utilize, and the heart you hold dear, by following a way of life which respects and adores the self. It is possible to be whole.
NOTES Rose Geranium, Orange, & Frankincense.
AFFIRMATION May I be free from harm. May I be safe. May I be free of suffering. May I be happy. May I be healthy and strong. May I be able to live in this world happily, peacefully, joyfully with ease.
Meditation - How we long to escape the uncomfortable nature of strong emotions—the flood of all that it means to be human. Awareness in its most essential form also means acceptance. When we sit solidly within a moment, we become free. Not free of the flood, but free of grasping at sensations as they arise. Be still. Be solidly seated. Be free.
NOTES Frankincense, Lavender, & Rosemary.
AFFIRMATION I sit upright at the center of the universe. Breath arises. I follow as it falls away, arises once more. Forever a gateway is open where once there was none. Now—the possibility of knowing rests in my lap.
Sacred Space - To feel at home. We know it when our body inexplicably eases. The heart then opens to a light shining as a warm summer sun. When at last we realize it is in our power to create a space that is truly home, we need no longer search for it. It is in our hands. As it has always been.
NOTES Eucalyptus, Orange, & Frankincense.
AFFIRMATION Place plays its part in the vital and common. At a pinpoint on a map devotion is love when hands wash across curves of the adored tabletop. Great spirits live and breathe a caress first whispered house, then resounded, sacred home.
