Our elders drank mugwort tea to fly! Spiritually, anyway. Mugwort is a powerful spiritual herb, but it's quite bitter, so I experimented with herbs that tame the bitterness so this tea can be enjoyed even without sugar. Peppermint, cinnamon, and orange turned out to be the winning combo to make mugwort delicious.
